You can mount the Universal RAI® blower upside down or rightside up, with vertical or horizontal flow, and with the drive shaft rotating in either direction. With 17 frame sizes to choose from, you have the perfect blower to fit your application with little or no modification.

RAM X Blowers Series
The ROOTS™ RAM X™ tri-lobe positive displacement blower has been designed to incorporate the latest technology for reduced noise and vibration and minimal downstream pulse. This series is based upon the field operation success of ROOTS RAM™ blower series and features state-of-the-art engineering based on tri-lobe principles originally designed by Roots.
ROOTS RCS Rotary Positive Displacement Blowers
RCS rotary blowers are heavy-duty units designed with integral-shaft ductile iron impellers having an involute profile. The headplates, gear cover, end cover and rigid, one-piece casing are grey iron. Carburized and ground alloy steel spur timing gears are taper mounted on the shafts, secured with a locknut. Cylindrical roller bearings are used on the drive end with ball bearings on the gear end.

ROOTS™ RCS-J WHISPAIR™ Rotary Positive Blowers Frames 715J thru 832J
RCS-J WHISPAIR™ rotary blowers are heavy-duty units designed with integral-shaft ductile iron impellers having an involute profile. WHISPAIR blowers reduce noise and power loss by utilizing an exclusive wrap- around plenum and proprietary WHISPAIR jet to control pressure equalization – feeding backflow in the direction of impeller movement, thereby aiding rotation.
